... modelling my behaviour on Smudge!
We've both been curled up on the bed, dozing on and off - and only really getting up to eat and drink. Hopefully this will help me regain some of the energy I've lost over the last week.
I've decided to concentrate on The Enemy Within, so the questions will be things like 'Why won't Lucy let Grace help her?' and 'Where does the river run from and to?'
Hopefully coming up with and answering the questions will help me to scope out the novel and decide how to progress with it.
I'll put some of the prompts and extracts from the answers on my blog during December. Comments will be welcome!

Now, you see, Smudge looks like he's singing. I like to think of you sitting at your desk, in your lovely room-of-your-own conservatory, singing as you write.
Good plan for the novel. I am awaiting your extracts with great interest.
Oh dear - the thought of Smudge singing is bad enough - me and Smudge both singing would have people running for the hills!
