And, on a lighter ...

... note

I went on a training course for work a few days ago. And we had to do an ice-breaker. Now, normally I hate doing ice-breakers, but I quite liked this one.

We all had to share with the group a fact about ourselves that nobody else knows.

So, fellow bloggers, share if you dare! A fact about yourself that nobody else in blogland knows!

And please, nothing about marmite! I thank you.

I'm strangely attracted to Hermione Norris. I wonder if she actually does have cold feet...

When I was at school my favourite breakfast was sausage and marmalade on toast! Bacon and marmalade was pretty good too!

Captain - I guess it depends whether she's wearing woolly socks or not ...

Calistro - Hmmm, that sounds interesting. At least it doesn't involve marmite though!

Tam - I think Simon might be quite impressed by that. Be sure to mention it to him ;)

One of my distant relatives is said to have had an illegitimate child by a young man, who went on to become prime minister...

When I was 18 I had pink hair and sung in a band.

And I love marmite. So what was yours Ms Helen??

Debs said...

Lane that's so impressive, I would have loved to have done that, but was far too dull.

I can't lick my own elbow but I can ride side-saddle (like that's going to ever stand me in good stead for anything)!

Jen - I prefer Reg. Yes, I know it's weird.

Caroline - what with that, cows jumping out in front of your car and the thought of kissing Simon when he's been eating marmite, I don't know how you sleep at night!

JJ - now that is a juicy one!

Lane - well spotted. I haven't shared yet, but I will ... I will ...

Debs - riding side-saddle is very impressive.

I used to love sausage and marmalade just like Cally - must be an Ocober 25th thing. I have cheese and marmalade at least twice a week; I can't lick Tam's elbow.

Pat - I've never tried any of those delicious combos ... but maybe I should.

I've just been sitting here trying to lick my own elbow. Not a pretty sight. And, no I can't do it!

For the first two years of my life I lived with my grandparents.

I ate chocolate spread sandwiches every day at school from age 7 till 14.

Could explain my constant chocolate cravings now.

I can't lick my elbow either.

My favourite sandwiches are peanut butter and cucumber. And I can't lick my elbow, but I can lick the tip of my nose (just)!

I can't lick my elbow or the tip of my nose. And yes, I have just tried.

Known to all as the Chocolate Dustbin, it may surprise you to know that I can't eat Toblerone. Loathe it. Hate it.

Karen - no, I can't either. may have to admit defeat on that one.

Womag - I had fish paste every day, I don't think my mum realised there were other sandwich fillings.

Bart - when I was at secondary school, for about a term we decided it was trendy not to wear shoes. I can't remember why!

Denyse - that is very impressive x

Leigh - peanut butter and cucumber does actually sound quite tasty

Shirley - I love all chocolate, including Toblerone. Yum yum!

When I was young I had this mad idea that I wanted to be a singer. I took lessons from this sweet little man who used to shout at me every lesson, then...I found out he died! (had to endure many joke s about my awful singing!)
